We will undertake any other stand-alone repairs charged at £35 for the first 15 minutes then £25 per every 15 minutes thereafter. (minimum Charge Period 15 minutes)
For all our Services & Repairs we would expect the bike to be available in a reasonably Clean state when dropped off, if not then we reserve the right to charge a £25 cleaning charge per bike.
If we find that we need to replace parts to complete the Service we will contact you first to get your Authorisation to proceed and provide a full Quotation of the Final Cost which will include the Cost of the New Parts & any additional New Part Fitting Charges.
However if you decide not to have the Service/Repair completed as Quoted then we reserve the right to charge for the cost of the evaluation of the Bike(s) at a cost of £45 per Bike plus any Cleaning Charges if Applicable.
We kindly request that your bike(s) are collected within 3 working days after notification by us that your bike(s) are ready for collection, if the bike(s) are not collected within this time we reserve the right to charge a storage charge of £20 per Day until collected.
We are humans after all so If you are Not completely Happy with the Service or Repair you received from us then please let us know within 7 working Days from the Date you collected the Bike. We will then arrange for you to drop you bike back in so we can rectify as quickly as possible. We will always aim to do this Free of Charge, however if it is down to component Failure then there maybe an addition charge for the Replacement Part if it is not covered by the Part Manufacturers Warranty.
If you notify us after the 7 days from the date you collected the bike then you maybe charged for both Labour & Parts as required.
